How To Enable Telnet Command In Windows

For security reasons, Windows 7  came without telnet as Windows vista. The Telnet commands allow you to communicate with a remote computer that is using the Telnet protocol.Telnet is a simple but extremely popular protocol for exchanging data between two computers. 


How To Enable Telnet Command In Windows :

After enabling Telnet command you can use Telnet from DOS prompt. Follow this simple steps to Enable telnet Command.
  1. Open Control panel. Navigate to Programs and Features. 
  2. Open Turn Windows features on or off.
  3. Check the Telnet Client. 
Now You have successfully enabled Telnet command. Type telnet in Command prompt. It works.
